The heart or Maraica is located in Muvieri, our culinary enclosure in the middle of the jungle. With a vibrational inspiration of traditional food of Nayarit, blessed by the mysticism of the “mara akame” and with a deep connection with ancestral traditions, is how cuisine of the wind is born.
