Reservation Policies

To guarantee the reservation, the total amount of one night staying will be charged (the payment will be made any time after making the reservation).

The remaining balance will be cleared at check-in. Payments in dollars, Mexican pesos, Visa, MasterCard, Transfer (not AMEX) and PayPal are accepted.

A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation and covering additional expenses at check-in.


Check-in/Check-out Schedules

Check-In: 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out: 12:00 p.m.

The late check-out can be considered with an extra fee in the room. The hotel offers baggage storage until 7:00 p.m. without extra cost.



No returns are made in case of cancellation, no show or check-out before departure date. Flight cancellations due to bad weather, tropical storms, hurricanes or any other circumstance.

In case of no show, the 100% of the stay will be charged. One night cancellation charge applies to reservations canceled before 30 days of arrival (not applicable at Christmas, New Year, and Easter).

Reservations made 7 days before check-in are 100% non-refundable.

At check-in time, a key is delivered. Please, take care of it.



In case of loss of the following amenities, a charge of the following amount will be made to the credit card:

  • Pool towel $350.00 pesos

  • Hammock $1,200.00 pesos

  • Key $300.00 pesos

  • Room water bottle $200.00 pesos
